I have a Master of Social Work (MSW), specializing in trauma. I also trained as a mind-body Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP). I provide body-centered as well as traditional psychotherapy that acknowledges and supports integration of body and mind. I believe in utilizing technology to help people, for example, using Virtual Reality goggles for treating phobias.
