My Profile

I work in a group private practice providing individual, couples, and family therapy. In terms of VR therapy, I use VR for (1) mindfulness/relaxation training, (2) exposure therapy for OCD, phobias, and social anxiety, and (3) behavioral activation for clients who are depressed or anxious and struggling to initiate and maintain an exercise regimen. I provide sessions both in-person and via telehealth and work with adolescents and adults only.
