I am a certified Hypnotherapist specializing in chronic pain and mind body illness (TMS/PPD) trauma, and anxiety. Currently, services are online only. I offer virtual reality therapy through THERA, where the focus is mindfulness, reducing pain and anxiety and brain retraining. I am also a licensed (LMSW) social work in New York State.
